Hi,
Less than a year ago I bought a nespresso machine (great invention). Now it is broken and I returned it to the store I bought from. They didn't give me a replacement and let me know that it may take 3 weeks.
Does anyone know the warranty rights in Switzerland? i.e even if they cannot replace it with a new one, can't they at least return a repaired machine sooner?
I need my coffee :)
