ATM/Debit Card

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has used foreign Master debit cards in Geneva, and whether they have encountered any problems. Also, does anyone know anything about the HSBC Private Bank whether they have ATMs? It doesn't seem like a normal HSBC bank...

Thanks in advance for the help!

As far as I can tell, HSBC only does private banking in Switserland.  And no, I have never had a problem using a foreign cirrus/maestro card here.

In my experience, US Cirrus network cards are fine in ATMs and worthless at point-of-sale terminals.
