About mobile connection, calls to Russia!

Hello, my friends!


I am moving to Geneva for a year and I would like to have a piece of advice from you.I have an iphone and therefore i need an internet on my phone, I also need some special operator that would suggest cheap calls to russia and local calls, of course, the cheaper, the better. Is there something that would suite me? I read that Lebara has cheap international calls, but I am not sure I would need international calls a lot, because  od skype!


May be you could suggest some balanced offer!

viber is free calls anywhere in the world iphone to iphone.

Viber is cross-platform, it works on any phone on which is installed.

I know what viber id and I do use Skype, but sometimes, really, it is not an option.

I do have both viber and skype and whatsApp etc. But, for example, my mother, she doesn't have a smartphone and even doesn't want to. So I will have to use ordinary methods of communication sometimes/

Lebara (www.lebara.ch) has been mentioned.


Lycamobile (www.lycamobile.ch) is another option (works well with Russia, a colleague of mine and I myself use it regularly).

I used prepaid cards before available at many kiosks. You can ask the assistant for calls to Russia cards, they will give you the right one to use from fix or mobile phone. As far as I remember, it was as cheap as skype but with better connection.
