Absurd Regie demands

I have cancelled my appartment rental contract for 30 September and have done a pre-exit inspection. 


There are no repairs requested by the Régie Grange for my exit, however I have now received an email asking me to organise estimates for updating work at the owners expense and after my departure.See below. I presumed it was an error so wrote to them but they say no, I should do it. They haven't even precised which companies I can use. It seems such an absurd request. Has anyone had a similar experience? 


Please provide us with a quote for bringing the electrical installations up to standard with OIBT control. Plan for 2 new medicine cabinets in the shower rooms.
 
“Please provide a quote for a Lithofin cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and both shower rooms + silicone seals.
 
Please provide me with a quote for repainting, including woodwork. (excluding kitchen fittings, including the orange trim)
