Advisor for family allowance Swiss/French law

I am looking for a recommendation for a tax advisor who would be able to help us with child support for a family (not married) living in France and working in Geneva and Lausanne. We are a bit struggling to understand under which system we fall. One of us is Swiss taxed at source and the other one is EU citizen taxed in France.

Thank you for any guidance on this

Hi Zuzana,

One of the lawyers who knows best crossborders issues, when it comes to labour and social law, is Guylaine Riondel Besson, https://www.swissfirms.ch/en/details/?ENOFI=01503509

Hi, as I know, you will receive child support from France, and at the end of year, Swiss goverment will send you the difference (in Geneva, CHF 300.-/400.- per child per month)... Hope it helps...
