Hello!

We are in the process of hiring someone to help us aroud the house and want to have whatever formal arrangement we need to make sure we are paying all required taxes, insurance, etc. We know the person with whom we will be working, so we don't need placement services. I've seen agencies that do placement services + contracting for nannies, but was wondering if anyone knows of an agency that could provide just the contracting service for domestic help.
