Does any one know what the procedure is to announce and declaire a lodger in Geneva?  Which form to complete, how long is period they need to be declaired?  Paperwork (from both sides) etc?

I have found a form named..."Formulaires Entrée sous-locataire" but cant tell if this form should be accompanied by another form, and who's responsibility it is to send, mine or thiers?
