Hi there,
I'm 4 months pregnant and used to do a lot of sports so keen to stay fit and active as long as I can during pregnancy.
I'm a personal trainer myself but not worked with pre-natal ladies so have found someone who has a lot of experience in this domain and he's happy to lead a small group workout.
Nothing is defined yet, so timings, pricing all to be confirmed, but was keen to see if there was any interest from other ladies out there.
Classes will most certainly take place within Geneva city itself.
