I'm looking forward to see my family in Venice, but there are no trains, flights..
Anybody going by car, at least to Milan? I would participate to the travel costs.

I know it's a little late to respond to your post but I thought I should share the link to blablacar.fr for the future. It is a ride share/car pool community and operates in many European cities. I once took a ride from Geneva to Milan for only 20€.
