There's a tobogogganing place in Leysin(just outside Aigle) that we could check out.

The ticket is only valide for 2 hours so could go for some sightseeing and meal too, what do you think.

Its something like 40frs(with the abonnenment demi-tarif), and 22 the entrance, plus the lunch/dinner......just to have an idea of the budget.

Thats one idea, feel free to propose!!

Anyway OK it seems to be a great idea. I don't have any ideas about this city :D....As I told you I am new in Geneva, but I will ask some friends here where they spend the x-mas.

If I didn't find anything we can do it. I like it :D....

Unfortunately wont be able to make it for the xmas ball, but the idea of getting together for x-mas is still on!!!

SritaUfa, Hisham - me & 2-3 other girls who stay in my apartment/apartment building in Nyon are doing Christmas here.  I'm going to get my flat all decorated up.  I'd be happy to extend the invitation to a few other people - maybe we could meet for drinks this weekend and throw around some Christmas ideas?  I am also looking for something kick-ass to do for NYE.

Thanks for the interest! This weekend I already have plenty of things to do, but will be great to meet up on x-mas weekend, either go somewhere or join your x-mas dinner(arriving with empty hands will no be permited, I say).

There's also the idea about going tobogganing or similar, let me know what you think.

I'm also in Nyon and looking for something to around Xmas and NYE so let me know if you come up with anything please!

Ok - I'll put on the proper cute Christmas dinner on the 25th.  Then I'll rely on the rest of you to think up more out-going activities for the rest of the holiday break!  I think we will not lack for things to do.  :)

I posted an event for Christmas dinner.  I'll cap it as full if it gets up near 20, but otherwise, all are welcome.  Join me and my flatmates- we have a tree!  as of Saturday, so I am very excited about Christmas.
