Hallo,


we are looking for somebody to take over our apartment from December 15. 


This is a very beautiful and modern 3.5 rooms in Av Krieg of 85m^2, plus one cellar. It is on the ground floor, facing the communal garden. Absolutely quiet.


Rent is 2650 CHF all included. Car space can be rented in the garage. Alternatively with 200 CHF/year it can be parked with the macaron (it is very easy to find space close to the building).
