We (young couple) currently rent a great appartment in Morges and would need to exchange it with a similar one in Nyon.

Location: central Morges, 2mn walk from the train station, close to all amenities (coop, migros, post) and 5mn walk to the lake.
3,5room appartment around 90sqm with a balcony all around the appartment. Modern kitchen (all MIELE) with a big fridge(incl. freezer), dishwasher, an oven, vitroceramic cooker etc.), 2 toilets, a big hall and a nice view over Morges and  the Mont Blanc.

Current rent CHF 1,800/month. Shared washing machine/dryer with other tenants. No parking space but lots of public parking places around (incl. the one of the CFF).

Let me know if you have a serious offer and ready to exchange something similar. We are of course open if you just have an appartment to rent.
