I finished my studies in Geneva and asked OCP to give the me the Attestation of departure order to close my insurance contract. I left Switzerland one month ago. OCP didn’t take my B permit. It is still valid till the end of September 2018. I decided to Continue my studies in Geneva. So I have a question should I apply for new visa or I can just use my B permit and then when I come to Geneva will just apply for renewal? It is very urgent.

Normally OCP cancel your records on computer when it gives u departure card. U have to mention departure date.
Better send OCP email and confirm status before arriving.
