We've finally just about decided that an au-pair will make our lives easier starting with the new school year...



Would anyone have:



1. Recommendations (rather than just info) for agencies, contacts, web sites etc. where to begin our search, where you or someone you know has had a good successful experience;



2. Tips and advice during the search: what to avoid, what's a good sign, questions to ask etc. After 4 years of crèche I'm flipped at the thought of leaving my baby with one individual... must be verifiably good and reassuring...

(For info... we're looking for someone to work legally, must speak French, for a 4.5 year old who'll be going to school and a 1.5 year old who will hopefully go to garderie a few times per week. No need to drive, everything walking distance. Need her or him 4 days per week as I've got Wed. off, + occasional evening. Live in Versoix. Train, bus, school, doctor, playdates, parks, pool, lake, shops all nearby.
