Good morning and Happy new year.
Usually you will find it in a diet food store. There is one on rue des Eaux-Vives 25 Marché de Vie which sells it in 150 grams small containers.
Otherwise you can try to follow the below recipe link
http://cuisine-facile.com/base/recette-beurre-clarifie.html
and make your own which you can them store in a refrigerator. Because it is Ghee butter it keeps its good taste for a longer period than orinary butter once kept in the 'fridge. Bon appetite

To make your own gee (much easier than skiming the foam and milk solids from the surface of the liquefied butter)
Gently melt the unsalted butter and let it decant for the night in the fridge to let the whey separate out from the butterfat and water.
The next day, throw away the water and the whey, drop one or two bay leaves in the clarified butter and heat it again to a light boil (the butter must be gently sizzling). Once it has stopped bubbling the ghee is ready. Keep it 3 to 6 month in your fridge in a closed jam jar.

You can buy "Bratbutter" at Migros and probably Coop (look for it near unrefrigerated vegetable shortening): it is effectively ghee.

You normally use clarified butter because regular butter has a low smoke point. If you don't have clarified butter you can also add a bit of olive oil to the butter to stop the butter from smoking.
