I'm making a recipe that calls for bittersweet chocolate, yet when I looked at the store, I couldn't find anything close to that name (or the French equivalents I've found by searching online). I think bittersweet chocolate doesn't have milk so I also tried looking for bars sans lait but didn't come up with much.
Does anyone know the French name for this type of chocolate? Is it available at a Coop/Migros type store?
Thanks!

Hi there!
In French it will be le chocolat aigre-doux, and I think it is the same as le chocolat foncé. You can easily find it at Migros.
Cheers,
Natalia
