Hi,

Looking for a banker's lamp (see photo) haven't found one to my liking yet. I know that Keria, Ikea and Pfister don't have one. Teo Jakob have similar lamps but there's are too contemporary. Have found roughly the lamp I'm looking for in Marway and in an electric/lighting store near Rond point des Eaux-Vives but it doesn't look as good as I would have hoped.

Please let me know if you know a good place to buy this particular lamp, or if you have one to sell. I need to make a purchase by the end of the day tomorrow as it is a birthday present for Saturday.

PS - have also looked at "Boutique Aux Lampes" they don't have em in stock, and "Prismart" don't have em period.

Two places to try:

an antiques store in Carouge on the tramline stop just before Place du Marche. I think it's called Edwin Van der Dos ..

an antiques store at the end of Rue des Eaux Vives near Parc des Granges

saw a couple of them in a shop in Nyon, right in front of the ice cream shop... they have all kind of nautical things, u should take a look , cheers

hey hey, yeah apparantly those aren't bad - only problem is - i don't know if i'll like them and if i go to nyon and don't, then i'm screwed because i won't have time to go back to geneva and get one here... :( thanks though!
