Does anyone know of a cheep notary? I need to sign some documents in front of a notary, lawer, barrister or a judge.

Many thanks for such a quick reply. Well, I must give you that, nothing in Switzerland is cheep. I can't even start imagining how much a quick signature and a stamp might cost here. I used to have a notary friend, who co-signed and stamped for free. How hard can that be anyway?

Sorry reply didnt work first time! Will look tonight at home as I did use a notary last year in Florissant and he wasn't TOO expensive! Cheers. :)

Yes, please do. I appreciate the information. I just called the first place listed above and they can legalise a signature for 42 CHF. However, it costs 100 CHF for the notary to witness my signing the document. The second place was a bit confused as to what I wanted. Still they quoted me 32 CHF and said they will call me back.

We were charged 30fr. by Mes Hugues Renaud et Valerie Marti, 12 route de Florissant, Tel. 022 347 77 44 in January 2007.
