You should also visit Manor store downtown Geneva as there were a huge sale sign at entrance with loads of bed sheets to go.
Otherwise over the french border you should browse inside Large stores like Centre E.LECLERC or Carrefour or GEANT .

Ikea is OK if you also have Ikea pillows and couettes, as they have their own sizes which do not match with non-Ikea pillows and couettes.
Migros M-Parc in Carouge also have a nice choice of bedlinen.
I'm buying most of my bedsheets on-line, mostly at La Redoute. I'm living in Geneva, but I'm buying on La Redoute France, it's cheaper and I get it delivered to any French post-office in "poste restante" (costs almost nothing, only need an ID card) or better to a "delivery point" for free.
In addition, French "housses de couette" have that extra length of fabric at the feet end which enables to fold the housse under the mattress: great in winter and if you have a cat
