Will soon organize a Shrimps all you can eat dinner, most famous shrimps restauarant in Geneva, they serve 700 kilos per week!!, good size, tons of garlic/parsly.(serve with french fries, not greasy).
If interested you can join the Geneva Sea food lovers' group, will post the event there.

Interesting.Garlic is fine.
One question though: Would you know anything on the shrimps origin for those served in such famous restaurant at ca. 700 kgs turnover per week? Shall we guess they are farmed shrimps or are you positively sure they are the wild kind in open sea waters?
