Does anyone know what the best call plan for mobile phone calls from Switzerland to the US is ?

Hi Annelau,
Have a look at Rebtel. They are like Skype but for mobile phones. You more or less pay for your airtime in CH (whatever plan you are on) and about CHF 0.02 per minute in long distance from CH to USA.
Here is the link. They explain how it works.

The least expensive pre-paid mobile phone plan in CH (for an average caller) is with Aldi (according to Comparis).

I've been using Lebara Mobile, it's .09 CHF/min to the US. It looks like Rebtel is cheaper, though, thanks to Verbier for putting that link up!

With Talk Talk Mobile, it's only 0.06 CHF/min, including to US mobiles, with no monthly fee. It rocks.
