Depends on what you consider 'traditional'.

I always order my monthly birthday cakes from Manor, but they only provide 2 basic styles: sponge with fruits on top, or chocolate filled with/without alcohol.

This year they took the Euro 2012 image and transposed it onto a great cake for my son. When I only had a black and white image of it, they suggested that they look it up on the internet and get it in color. I looked around to see if there was a hidden camera trying to get my absolute stunned disbelief that a Genevois offered extra work and service.

But seriously, great kids and probably adult cakes. No image is too difficult for them.
