In case you are not aware there is a board games club in Geneva - they usually meet In Eaux Vives (sp?) every 2 weeks on Friday evening
check out www.joca.ch website - its in French and at the club most people speak French (of course) but you do find quite a few people who speak English

Thanks for this - haven't been aware of it, and certainly a good idea, though my French is not up to par yet (at all....). I'd prefer an English speaking environment for the time being....

Cool stuff. I used to play Warhammer but I sold my warrior nuns ages ago..
I'm still into Risk and similar though - when I find victims to play with!

I am a board gamer, as well as a role-player.
I have quite a few games, quite often head off to the UK to attend games conventions.
Member of a games club here : http://www.darksite.ch/gnomesludiques/
Sure it is a french speaking club, but most people speak some english as well.

I play most Euro Games and have brought a few with me to Geneva. I would be willing to meet up in the future. Drop me a PM and we can line something up, also I have been to a few of the clubs around here and most are mailnly French Speaking.

Long time gamer, been here a long time too.
Know most of the gamers in the region as well as the games conventions.
Always willing to meet up to play.
Have a good friend who I am sure would be more than willing to join us, speaks good english too and has a great games library.
