Most of the bourses are over at least in Haute Savoie but the last one I know is this weekend in Annecy-le-Vieux at Hall du Bray Gymnase de L'Iut

yeah I know its late, I should have checked this out a lot earlier.

I did find the one in annecy online but then I wasn't sure it was actually on this weekend, my french isn't great and websites said different things but thanks - now I know! at least that's one to check out.

And thanks Chris for list! Lullin sounds like an option, I have access to a car so then it's not too bad. That is if they do have cross country stuff.

Do you know if there are other places that sell secondhand cross country kit?

I do not know if the coming bourses have x-country equipment but the one I went to in Viuz en Sallaz had few tens of pairs of skis and boots. So there is hope. 

Internet also suggests checking for skis in Caritas shops but the skis there looked ancient ;)

Thank you Hedi, seems like I should check out Annecy and Lullin and hope that at at least one of them there will be cross country skis.

And thanks for tip about caritas will try that if I there are none at the above!

I have nice movement skis to sell if anyone interested. they are my husbands. He bought them 4 years ago but was using them for only one season due to health problems. He still can't ski so we're selling. If anyone of you interested please let me know.

or if you can tell me how it works with the bourse - can i go with my skis and try to sell them there.

There were quite some x-country skis today  at Annecy and even more boots and it is open also tomorrow.

I was there today as well and like you just said there was quite a lot of x-country gear and I managed to find both skis and booths!So thank you so much for that tip. Im so pleased!
