Can anyone recommend a location with bureaux de change or a bank with currency exchange services, on the French side of the Geneva border? (That's more than just CHF to Euros, but doesn't have to be exotic currency.) Most of the locations I know of don't seem to have any such thing.

Have you tried Change Migros? in Vernier, or Mpark la Praille, or down from rue Chantepoulet, before pont du Mont Blanc ?
