Go to New york, and with the exchange rates and deals there, you should get a quality and bigger diamond that you can get in UK or Europe.

New York may be OK for size and the price, but the setting is not always to European taste.

Quality, price and size is still great/best in New York because of the large volumes sold in the USA. Not just ok.
