Buying/renting a bicycle in Geneva

Hi! I'm moving to Geneva in a couple of weeks, and I wanted to ask if anyone has a bicycle for sale, or knows of a good deal or market to buy one, or rent short term, thanks!

try bikes2fold at Cornavin (Place Montbrillant 5), they're SUPER professional, very nice, and they're now selling top of the line bikes at very good prices.

You could combine this with discovering Geneva.
Look up online where are the  Brocante  and boutiques like Centre Social Protestant, Emmäus  or Caritas  and go on bus/tram see if they have anything available.
It's not guaranteed but sometimes you can find something for very good prices
Otherwise there is the flea market ( Marché au puces) on Plaine de Plainpalais, - again details online -  on Wednesdays Saturdays and ? I think 1st Sunday of the month, sometimes you can find some there.
Ask at ProVelo already mentioned above for any suggestions. Their own next bike sale (Bourse au Velos) is not until 29th August.
There is a small bike shop Peclot13  in one of the small streets behind Plainpalais, that serviced my bike when I had one, for a very good price and they were  super friendly, they sell 2nd hand. . There are  I think 3 of these Peclot13s in Geneva.
When you move here, look  regularly at  the newsletter that is put in the letterbox by your local commune every month. Sometimes there are small markets, or mobile bicycle repair shops who either may have something for sale, or who could maybe recommend other places.

There is Donkey Republic that you can rent from whilst looking for your own, look up Donkey Rebublic Geneva website for details , you rent using an app on yout phone.. details on the website..looks like could be a little pricey in the long run..
