ELP - try adding a H to your name . . . . HELP
I have been through even more gruelling exams than that - study group is almost essential, but try getting up at 05H00 every morning (quickly becomes a habit) and doing 2 to 3 hours before your regular workday, in complete quiet, no heat, no distractions, Turkish coffee recommend (in the morning) and early to bed (no Turkish coffee).
