Yes I know - Champel, the old-fashioned, family-friendly, party-avoiding, district with nice supermarkets but a complete lack of restaurants (Gaucho is THE exception maybe) or nice bars...how should it become cool and what district could be more far away from a cult status then Champel. I agree, BUT: glocal members are taking over the lead: silently but with a huge potential: Spanish and Dutch Community is growing, the German community is already in hard neighbor fights and the French are still taking part in social life ....
