with fireplace, reading corner, and game/creativity table. 1 bathroom with shower and WC.

First floor: 1 large children's bedroom with high ceiling (possibility of making two separate rooms), 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, a hall, and 1 balcony.
