i've written a screen play ( the psionic code ) and have been trying to get it produced, but the industry is "locked" to outsiders !! no one wants to read it etc. it's a tough life.

however, i would be happy to share it with you and talk about the whys and wherefores of screenwriting.

Hi Roger and Leon, thanks for replying. It's great to hear people are interested!

I'm very much a beginner and my main experience is ghostwriting so I definitely am in more of a position to learn than to contribute advice. Hopefully, with more people, everyone can benefit!

I've published one nonfiction book (textbook) through official means and have a fair bit of experience with self publishing and creative commons licensing. I've written some fiction but nothing with the intent to share. I also enjoy editing and proofreading for other authors, although I'm too busy to volunteer any time right now.

I`m also in, so maybe we can arrange a meeting and then talk over it, also can try doing some kind of writing practice together and getting feedback whatever possible...? 

I am a screenwriter/filmmaker and two of my scripts have been optioned in Hollywood. One of my collaborations made the black list in 2008 and is being made into a major Hollywood release in 2012. I have recently moved near Geneve, to work on my latest project which is a full length feature based in the Alps and looking for cast and anyone who is interested in filmmaking/screenwriting in this part of the world to discuss ideas and knowledge about the region and anything else to help me finish writing the screenplay shooting draft.
