Can anyone recommend a good broker?

Hello Glocals crowd!

Finding an apartment in Geneva seems even more difficult this time around so I am considering going through a broker. Any recommendations on who to go with?

Someone mentioned www.expat-assistance.com to me so I am curious to know if anyone has worked with them? The person who recommended the company found a great place with them BUT they charge a non-refundable fee of CHF 800 upfront in addition to the actual broker's fee once the deal is closed. Having worked with brokers in other cities before and knowing how much of a mixed bag it can be, I am slightly worried that paying that amount upfront without knowing more about other people's experience is quite a risk. Does anyone know the company and can share some thoughts? Or recommend other brokers?

I was one of Raymond's clients and he helped us to find our apartment. Before Raymond, I consulted with another relocation group but they just got 650chf from us and after 6 months they told us that in our situation it is not possible to find an apartment for us but Raymond found a perfect one for us in 1 month.
