Any can one advise what really are the mandatory items for a leasing car insurance?
I tried at COMPARIS.CH but after getting the offer the comments from each insurer are different in terms of the 'mandtory items for leasing contract'.
I here have:
1)prime responsabilite civile apres prise en compte du degree...casco complete
2)prime casco complete apres prise en compte du degre...
3)taxes legales(?)
4)protection juridique?
are there anything else mandatory?

Hi, the only things that are mandatory are:
Liability (responsabilité-civile) in order to get a plate number
When having a leasing you must have a "collision" cover which will pay for the damages you may do to your own car minus a deductible.
For the rest, bonus protection, gross negligence cover, parking damages & scratches, glass breakage, roadside assistance, legal protection etc, those are options that are recommended but not mandatory.

Any proposal how to stop the contract, if I have problem with the conseiller, who is an very impolite guy, and now I am very passive due to the duration of the contract, he does not allow me to terminate...speechless when having such a person who is not really qualified and professional.

If you wish to change company, here are the different possibilities to cancel a contract:
_Definitive departure of Switzerland
_After a claim
_In case of premium increase by the company
_When changing/selling car
