Does anyone know a good place to rent a car? When I arrived I rented one from the airport but I think they were overpriced even for Geneva. Any recommendations?
I just need it for about 8 hours.

Try the French side of the airport. Same companies, much better rates.

They are based on rue de la Servette. I havn't tried using them myself, but I'm considering it, as I need to get some stuff from Ikea.

you want Patrick Location on Rue du Lausanne it starts at 15 francs a day....they arent fancy but they are cheap maybe try ADA on rue de Prieure (two blocks up from patricks) they dont stick you with lots of fees like the commercial companies

Thanks for the all replies. I ended up going with Confort since they are just down the street. I realize I need to learn how to drive stick soon since so many of the cars here are manual.
