you might check out altibus, the buses go to all the major ski resorts from Geneva airport
Really good site is:

where you can find buses from CHF 28 to a suttle from CHF 40-
Or can check out
https://www.happybus.ch/fr/transferts/meribel/
If you think of the autoroute cost, petrol, the time, those options are very resonable, and you dont get a bad ride by someone unknown creapy person.
