Etap hotel in front of Balexert should be about 90CHF. Or the Suitehotel (same building) slightly more; often good weekend specials.

The Hotel At Home in the Paquis is handy and cheap.  If you stay for a month you can get a studio apartment for 2400-2700.  Per night around 100.  Really helpful staff, mainly english speaking.
