Most stores that sell bikes also sell seats. But the best prices I've seen were not at the bike stores, but at the giant super markets like Champion in France and Jumbo in Meyrin.
I paid CHF 150 for mine at a bike store, and saw the same one for CHF 80 at Jumbo...
