Cigun (Chinese Yoga)

Dear Yoga fans,

Does anyone know where is it possible to learn Cigun in Switzerland?

If you have some info, please kindly share it with me.

Cheers,

Evita

Well...Ci Gun is also known as Qigong and Chi Kung.

Tai Chi ir martial art as I understand but I would like to do Ci Gun that is more like yoga/work with energy flows.

Its all very related - the principles of Tai Chi and Chi Gung are, in my experience the same.  Chi gung helps to build the energy, understand the subtleties of energy in the body and calm the mind.  Tai Chi then helps it to flow and be directed.  I run a small class - we do Chi Gung every class and tai chi.  You're welcome to come to try if you like.
