I have not yet been to the cinema since moving to Geneva and was wondering whether there are any Cinemas in central Geneva that will show the new James Bond in version original format?
Or if there is one central cinema that shows all new releases in version original format?

There are 3 Pathe cinemas in Geneva, all of them typically have both original (VO=Version Originale) and french versions of movies.
Pathe Rex is close to Stand/Bel-Air, Pathe Rialto close to Cornavin station, Pathe Balexert at the Balexert shopping centre near Meyrin.
There are also several other cinemas, some are as nice as Pathe and most cheaper.
