It's only a list, but it's difficult to recommend a particular psychologist. The combination of the therapist and the patient is successful, not necessarily the practitioner alone! Anyway, they're all overbooked and your friend would be better off contacting one of these association, and explain what s/he's looking for and try at least three of them to find the good one.
