Why not visit the Plainpalais market and talk to the stall-holders who sell stamps and postcards?
You can also advertise on glocals.

Thanks Ritchie. But I prefer selling by Glocal or to the stamp dealer is best way.

Don’t under-estimate the expertise of stall-holders in the Plainpalais market. As well as a licence to trade there, many of them also have shops or other premises – and if that’s not the case they can often direct you to dealers who do.
You’ll also find a list of registered dealers in and around Geneva on google.

Looks like you already know the answer to your question. "Stamp Dealer" ....maybe look for forums on Stamp collecation online.
