Oh boy, where to start............... 17 years in Geneva and my French is as good as when I 1st arrived in Geneva.


So I am looking for someone who can help me with my conversational french!


I am open to any offers or help

That's unbelievable! 17 years? - Are you immune to the influence of this region's official language?  ;-) Funny. :-)) But it's great that you want to change this. (If the emoticons were availabe, you would find here a "thumb up" for encouragement).


You can try the French-English language exchange. It's a group of people and they meet every Saturday afternoon at Maison des Arts de Grütli when I'm not mistaken. And often they need more native English speakers. So this could help you.

If you need an easy start I may advise "Pimsleur - French" audio lessons, very practical and easy stuff. If you need it, I can send it over by mail on a CD.

You have to admit, it is rather easy to live in Geneva and speak english. Apart from that (no excuses) I was 85% travelling in EMEA.


 


But thanks for the support and the Sat afternoon. I will check it out.
