Cooking lessons ?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could get some cooking lessons ?

I love to cook but I haven't got strong basis...

Someone would know someone working as a chief in a professional kitchen ? Would you try persuading him/her to give some short courses to a little number of us?

Thanks

Damien,

If you find anyone drop me a note, I'd be interested in an "advanced course" from a pro....

My main areas of interest for progression are;

 Fish (variation of type and cuts),

Exotic side dishes (for both meat and fish) ie beyond potatoes and steamed/boiled/fried veg etc,

...oh and sauces...

Once I took classes at Ecole Club Migros with an American chef called Brett Solochek. Normally he gives his classes in French. Contact them and ask whether he is still there.
