I've signed up for a French cooking workshop next Tuesday from 9.30 to 11.30 am, learning how to make pavé de boeuf sauce forestiier and velouté de chataignes - my first time taking a cooking workshop (I'm crap at cooking =o=) - does anyone want to come with me? I paid CHF 95 for the workshop which includes ingredients, the workshop itself and we can eat there afterwards.

If you'd like to learn how to cook but don't want to pay 95CHF I can teach you. I have a degree in culinary arts and have worked in the industry for about 4 years. I also have loads of time on my hands so I'm available whenever to teach. Let me know if you're interested.....
However, it would be in English.....could speak French if you like. I know lots of vocabulaire culinaire.
