There used to be a couple of bead shops in Eaux Vives, but I couldn't find them last year, so maybe they closed. I know that Manor carries some jewellry making supplies in their craft section (basement level).
Also, I suggest messaging member Kiriel as she is the one who showed me the bead shops. She's pretty on-top of what's available in Geneva for sewing/notions/fittings.
