Hello,
I was a bit surprised by the size of the screws that are part of a TV wall mounting bracket thing i just bought.
The rawl plugs are about 2 inches long!
How do I know if our apartment wall is that thick? I'm sure it must be but neither my wife nor our neighbour will be too happy if I'm wrong.
Any advice?

Be careful about mounting a TV on a wall: sound is carried by walls much more than by air. I never heard my neighbors TV until they bought a new one and installed it that way...
