I only have a period for dénonciation or to renew; now it is a tacitly renewed contract (ie of unlimited duration, rolling contract), but no mention of a résiliation period. Are these the same?
Any advice or examples welcome. Thanks!

O. End of lease
I. Expiry of agreed duration
1 Where the parties have expressly or tacitly agreed to a limited duration, the lease comes to an end on expiry thereof without any need for notice to be given.
2 If the lease is tacitly continued, its duration becomes indefinite.

So yes, if a limited lease is tacitly continued, the normal termination rules go into place.
