Disco room or Latin room at this Sat's Xmas Ball?

This Sat we're doing the annual Sindy Xmas Ball, at a 5 star hotel.

The main ball room will feature all style music, and we'll have another room featuring either:

Latin

OR

Disco

Which one you think we should do?

Definitely - in honor of LovelyKatya and all of her participants in the classes she organized - demonstrations of lessons learned to other GOL members & Sindy activists !

With a Second Sindy "False-Beginner" salsa workshop that afternoon and all of the GOL salsa addicts, I'm sure the salsa room would have a huge success. :-)

i guess we shud mix it up since we have such a huge salsa crowd. or maybe have all types + disco in the big room?? and just salsa in the small room (LOL, I guess the salsa ppl will ask to switch that around, hehe)

Please latin is more sensual and a good mix of Merengue and Bachata will enable beginners to share couple dances.

Why can't we have both Disco and Salsa? Would be really cool for everyone.... And there is still the main ballroom if you wanna change, or if fed up with either disco or salsa.

A good/fair compromise is expected...

Several DJs are specialized for Disco at Kdanse in Lausanne. Some live in Geneva or near bye, like DJ Luigi, or DJ M.O.R.O

For latin I do also know some of them, like El Flaco, El Pirata etc.

Now I do not know if this helps.

The 'usual' Salsa DJ we work with is Chicho (winner of the Swiss Salsa DJ prize in 2003, 2004).

But he changed his mobile number, as we learned today!!!

Any clue how we get his new number by any chance?
