I about to enter the messy and stressful world of divorce. My wife resides in the UK and has received some legal advice there, so I really need to do the same. She has has no intention of coming to Switzerland and I have no intention of going back to the UK.
Although I want to be fair to my wife, I also want to make sure I am fair to myself. We both want an amicable split.
I really need an English speaking lawyer, who ideally has knowledge of both Swiss and UK law.
Can anyone assist?
