There are at least three specialist shops in rue de Carouge -- one ner the Casino theatre and another near the 'rue Blanche' tram stop, the third I can't quite remember. There's another in boulevard de la Cluse called (I think 'Lenoir'). They all have standard stock and will also make to measure (much more expensive, of course).
The Sports sections of Aeschbach shoe shops also have a selection of different makes.

There are several of these speciality sports shops. There are 2 in Paquis near Cornavin opposite the Mc Donalds near the Cygnes Centre near that big hotel not Hotel Warwick the other one. There is another one opposite the Coutance big Manor, opposite the fountain. These shops have specialised soles.

Just buy orthoheels on ebay or amazon.. I have looked everywhere for them here and couldn't find them!
